A noise method for measurement of temperature at which one places resistive element in zone of measured temperatures, with amplification of noise voltage of the resistive element in the frequency band of thermal fluctuations, with squaring, averaging, with separation of constant component and with determination of measured temperature. After placement of resistive element one obtains its noise current, this is transformed into two amplified noise voltages, one additionally amplifies the second noise voltage in frequency band of thermal fluctuations, squaring is carried out with multiplication of amplified noise voltages. |
