METHOD OF EARLY POSTOPERATIVE PERIOD MULTIMODAL ANALGESIA IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE APPENDICITIS

A method of early postoperative period analgesia in patients with acute appendicitis involves use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug dexketoprofen trometamol (Dexalgin). Used are nonnarcotic analgetic nefopam (Acupan) and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug dexketoprofen trometamol (Dexalgin) according to the regimen: first day – 20 mg of nefopam (Acupan) is administered intravenously (upon termination of surgical intervention) and 20 mg intramuscularly in 6 hours in combination with submuscular injection of dexketoprofen trometamol (Dexalgin) in dose of 50 mg; second day – 20 mg of nefopam (Acupan) and 50 mg of dexketoprofen trometamol (Dexalgin) is administered submuscularly one time.
