摘要

A tower of wind power plant includes own support construction and a circular platform placed and fixed in its upper section, this can rotate with respect to the vertical axis of the tower. To the outer contour of the platform wind-scoops are attached periodically. Round the tower besides own support construction several vertical towers are arranged, those are additional supports of the circular platform.
