The inventions relate to a method and an apparatus for producing powder nanoscale materials that can be used in microelectronics and semiconductor nanotechnology, solar energy, and medicine. In the process for producing high-purity powders of nanoscale materials, according to the invention, the material is ground in a grinding chamber at air intake therein from a compressor under pressure of focusing axially symmetric electromagnetic field, centripetal forces of the charges of ionized air and an ionizing electrostatic system and under pressure of charges of an electromagnetic deflection system. The crushed material particle size is adjusted by the strength of electric field of ionizing electrostatic system by air pressure in the chamber and by strength of focusing axially symmetric electromagnetic system. The device comprises a chamber, a compressor and a power source. According to the invention, inside of the grinding chamber an electrostatic ionizing system with a hyperbolic shape of electrodes is located, and around the outer surface of chamber a focusing axially-symmetric electromagnetic system and an electromagnetic deflection system are located. The inventions allow to obtain high purity nanoscale powder materials, increase efficiency and profitability of the process of crushing materials, greatly simplify the design and manufacture of the device for its implementation. |
