PURPOSE: A water leakage measuring system for replacing a water gauge and a water leakage measuring method using the same is provided to reduce inconvenience due to a water leakage and to massively popularize by reducing manufacturing costs of a water leakage measuring device. CONSTITUTION: A water leakage measuring system for replacing a water gauge comprises a hydraulic pressure measuring unit(1), a branching pipe(2), and a pressure gauge(3). A length of the hydraulic pressure measuring unit is the same length(L2) with a standardized length between end parts of an inlet pipe and outlet pipe of a body. Each fastening unit(11) having a first spiral unit(S1) formed into the same shape of the first spiral unit is comprised in both sides of a hydraulic pressure measuring pipe where the branching pipe is branched from. The pressure gauge connected to the end part of the branching pipe measures hydraulic pressure inside the hydraulic pressure measuring pipe.
