PURPOSE: A tidal power generation structure, in which a lifting device is attached and detached is provided to reduce maintenance costs when a wind farm comprising a plurality of the tidal power generation structures is constructed. CONSTITUTION: A tidal power generation structure, in which a lifting device is attached and detached comprises a fixing member(12), a connecting unit(24), a lifting unit(16), and a tidal power generator(14). The fixing member is fixed to the sea floor. The connecting unit is formed in an upper part of the fixing member into a hollow structure. The lifting unit comprises a guide rod member, which is inserted into the connecting unit. The tidal power generator is formed into a structure, which encloses the whole connecting unit. The tidal power generator comprises a coupling part(32), which is slid along the connecting unit and the guide rod member.
