PURPOSE: Functional orostachys japonicas rice cake using an extract and powder of orostachys japonicas, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the anticancer activity of the orostachys japonicas to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of functional orostachys japonicas rice cake using an extract and powder of orostachys japonicas comprises the following steps: drying the orostachys japonicas using 95-100 deg C air, and crushing; mixing the obtained orostachys japonicas powder and the extract of the orostachys japonicas with grain powder selected from rice powder, glutinous rice powder, black rice powder, or sorghum powder; adding regular ingredients for the rice cake into the mixture; and molding the mixture, and steaming the mixture for 20-30 minutes. The regular ingredients for the rice cake include sugar and garnishes selected from jujube, chestnut, walnut, pumpkin, read bean, or soybean. |
