A soil compressor includes a basic element, executive devices of vibro-roller type, balance weights of vibratory system, springs, dampers. One of vibro-rollers is hinged on a fork-like frame that is hinged to basic element in the middle section of which a vibro-platform with mechanism of its displacement with respect to the basic element is installed. The support section of the axis of the vibro-roller is installed in rectangular cross cut of the fork-like frame between two elastic elements, the fork-like frame is additionally hinged to basic element, hydro-cylinders, hydro-dampers with elastic elements, the body of the vibro-platform is connected by means of hydro-cylinders to the basic element, and by means of cranks and con-rods installed in spherical bearings–to executive device, the crank and the con-rods are hinged, the executive device of the vibro-platform and the rollers include vibro-modules with controlled vector of exciting force, between the executive device of the vibro-platform and the body and the hinges of the con-rods springy elements are installed, and the spherical bearings are fixed in the body of the vibro-platform. The technical result is in increase of efficiency of use of the soil compressor at compaction of binder and noncohesive soils, increase of total thickness of compression of those at one pass, development of possibility of displacement of the machine from location in any direction in plane of surface of the compacted material and possibility of decrease of deflection of surface of compacted material from flatness. |
