PURPOSE: A color conversion luminescent sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily control luminance and color coordinates. CONSTITUTION: A color conversion luminescent sheet comprises an optical sheet(10), an electroconductive film(20), and a color transformation light-emitting layer(30). The optical sheet forms a plurality of uneven irregularities in the lower part thereof. The electroconductive film is formed on the upper side of the optical sheet. The color transformation light-emitting layer is formed on the upper side of the electroconductive film and includes the mixture of nanobead and nanofiber.
