Provided is a small imaging lens which provides sufficient luminance equivalent to F2, has aberrations excellently corrected and is composed of five lenses. The imagine lens is composed of, sequentially from the object side, a first lens which has positive refractivity with the convex surface thereof facing the object side, a second lens which has negative refractivity with the concave surface thereof facing the image side, a third lens having positive or negative refractivity, a fourth lens which has positive refractivity with the convex surface thereof facing the image side, and a fifth lens which has negative refractivity with the concave surface facing the image side. The image side surface of the fifth lens has an aspherical shape with a flexion point at a position other than on an intersection with the optical axis. |
