PURPOSE: A method for preparing 1,2,3-triazolium-based organic salt is provided to have phase transition catalytic effect in heterophasic nucleophilic substitution. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing 3-methyl-1,4-substituted 1,2,3-triazolium salt of chemical formula 1 comprises a step of preparing 1,2,3-triazole compounds of chemical formula 4 by[3+2]cyclization of terminal alkyne compounds of chemical formula 2 with azido compounds of chemical formula 3 under the presence of a copper catalyst; and a step of reacting methylation reagent to the compound of chemical formula 4. Ionic liquid contains the 3-methyl-1,4-substituted 1,2,3-triazolium salt of chemical formula 1.
