A method for evaluation of clinical course of chronic glomerulonephritis provides for implementation of complex clinical-biochemical investigation of children suffering on chronic glomerulonephritis. One determines traditional characteristics, allele gene polymorphism and evaluates course of glomerulonephritis and risk of development of cardiovascular complications.
