PURPOSE: A wind power generator using a banner rack is provided to offer images for advertisements by making PVDF film elements attachable to a banner with generating power. CONSTITUTION: A wind power generator using a banner rack generates electricity as PVDF film elements are formed into the banner type, and fixed to the banner rack. According to wind strength, a low tension band is used at places such as the center of a city or between buildings. In case of the wind at parks or highways, a high tension band(28) is used, and the banner rack is selectively attacked to pillars or electric poles. The PVDF film elements into the banner shape are installed on the banner rack, and generated electric energy is stored through a controller in an inspection hole inside the electric pole.
