PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a core-shell impact modifier is provided to effectively and economically separate an impact modifier without unnecessary cleansing step or modifying step. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a core-shell impact modifier comprises: a step of synthesizing core-shell copolymer latex by an emulsion polymerization; a step of controlling the pH of the core shell polymer particle after synthesizing step; and a step of cohering the core shell polymer under the pH of 4-8 by the addition of aqueous electrolyte solution. The thermoplastic polymer composition comprises one thermoplastic polymer, and a core-shell impact modifier obtained through a manufacturing method.
