A disc roller cutter in which the side facet of the disc element is arranged at angle 40-45° that belongs to the vertical plane with respect to axis of rotation, and length of slant is equal to 0.20-0.30 of diameter of the roller cutter, and the other facet is arranged at angle 25-30° that belongs to the vertical plane with respect to the axis of rotation and length of slant is equal to 0.10-0.15 of diameter of the roller cutter, at that the inserts at the outer cutter ring are installed with separation equal to 1.0-1.5 of diameter of cylindrical section of the insert, and the angles of slants of the working surface of the inserts coincide with the angles of inclination of side facets. |
