METHOD FOR RECONSTRUCTING POSTERIOR DIVISION OF URETHRA

A method for reconstructing the posterior division of urethra comprises tailoring the flap from the wall of the urinary bladder, formation of neourethra and restoration of the urethra continuity.The anastomosis is formed between the distal part of urethra and neourethra. The lower third of the ureter is used as neourethra. The ureter is restored by the reconstruction of its lower third after Boari using the flap from the wall of the wall of the urinary bladder. The anastomosis is applied between the distal part of urethra and mobilized ureter for restoring the urethra continuity.
