A device for profiling shells comprises upper collapsible rollers with shock absorbers for forming a central groove, bead seats and outboard flanges. Circular elements of the upper roller to mold outboard flanges and central groove are made without shock absorbers, they are nonseparable and have no possibility of free rotation relative to the upper shaft of the machine, in addition, the inner races of rings for profiling the bead seats are spring-loaded, they have larger diameter, are mounted on bearings only for radial compression of springs. |
