PURPOSE: A wireless power transmitting device and method are provided to maximize transfer efficiency by automatically recognizing received environment without including a separate transceiver module. CONSTITUTION: A wireless power transmission unit(100) creates a wireless power signal. The wireless power transmission unit transfers the wireless power signal in order to supply power to a load device(300). A wireless power receiver(200) is connected with the load device. The wireless power receiver provides the wireless power signal to the connected load device. The wireless power receiver reflects a reflection wireless power signal which is not consumed to the wireless power transmission unit.
