PURPOSE: A multiple access communication system, a relay apparatus, a communication terminal apparatus, and a method thereof are provided to maximize the reuse of the frequency and spatial resource by allocating orthogonal beams to terminals. CONSTITUTION: A base station device(100) creates downlink beam which has specific width and direction by the moving speed and location information of a receiving end. The base station device transmits the downlink beam through a phase array antenna. Relay devices(200-1, 200-2) perform data compression and transfer the downlink beam including the compressed data.
