PURPOSE: An aqueous tire coating agent composition is provided to offer the excellent water dispersibility of the composition to users by using water-soluble polyurethane. CONSTITUTION: An aqueous tire coating agent composition contains 100 parts of water-soluble polyurethane by weight, 1-10 parts of graphene by weight, 2-20 parts of surfactant by weight, 3-8 parts of quenching agent by weight, 4=5 parts of anti-sagging agent by weight, 8-12 parts of dispersing agent by weight, 0.1-1 part of antifoaming agent by weight, and 270-3,000 parts of water by weight. The surfactant contains one compound selected from the group consisting of sodium dodecylsulfonate, polyethyleneglycol monolaurate, and triton X-100. |
