PURPOSE: A jam preventing apparatus of an automatic revolving door is provided to prevent the damage of body and object by accurately sensing the existence of body and object between the outer end of a door panel and the inner end of a gateway. CONSTITUTION: A jam preventing apparatus(100) of an automatic revolving door comprises a jam sensor and a control unit. The jam sensor comprises a light emitting unit(111) and a light receiving unit(112). The light emitting unit and light receiving unit are installed in the bottom of the side portion(211) of a door panel(210) and the upper end in order to face each other face. The jam sensor receives the light outputted from the lighting emitting unit and outputs the sensing signal. The controller receives the sensing signal of the light receiving unit. If the light of the lighting emitting unit is unable to arrive in the receiving unit, the controller stops a driving device(220). |
