PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to exhibit a process which injects a liquid crystal between the substrate which forms the polymer brush and a process which rubs the polymer brush. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display includes a liquid crystal which injects between a polymer brush(6) and a substrate. The polymer brush is used as an alignment layer by being rubbed on the substrate. The liquid crystal is injected between the substrate which forms the polymer brush. A fixation film(5) is formed as an insulating layer of the polymer brush. |
