PURPOSE: An actual location authentication system of a terminal and a method thereof are provided to authenticate an actual location of an actual location authentication system and to supply an internet application service. CONSTITUTION: Connection units(11,12) manage an IP address of a terminal. A location authentication unit(13) receives location information of an IP address pool for managing the connection unit. The location authentication unit searches for location information from an application service server(14). The location authentication unit authenticates the actual location of the terminal.
