<p>PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent device is provided to prevent the deterioration of a property and the shortage of a lifetime by blocking oxygen and moisture. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting diode(E) is formed on a substrate(110). An encapsulation film(120) covers the organic light emitting diode and is made of poly norbornene dicarboxylic imide polymer and nano clay composite. A first film is located between the organic light emitting diode and the encapsulation film. A second film covers the encapsulation film.</p> |
