PURPOSE: A ceramic coating rubber pad for preventing slip of a conveyor pulley and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain maximum frictional force with a conveyor belt by fixing multiple anti-slip tiles consisting of a ceramic on a rubber pad in a constant arrangement. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic coating rubber pad for preventing slip of a conveyor pulley(3) surrounds the outer surface of a conveyor pulley and attaches with the conveyor belt so that driving force can be delivered. Ceramic tiles(4) are formed on the rubber pad in multiple rows at regular intervals along a rotational direction of the rubber pad. Spaces between the ceramic tiles are integrally projected from the rubber pad and anti-slip projection parts(31) are projected lower than the top surface of the ceramic tiles.
