Sodium hypochlorite solution (I) comprises: sodium hypochlorite in sufficient quantity to reach 4-6 g/l of active chlorine in the solution; a pH adjusting agent in a sufficient amount for the solution having a pH value of 10.3; and purified water. An independent claim is included for preparing (I) comprising: (a) placing the solution of sodium hypochlorite in purified water until a concentration of active chlorine is 4-6 g/l; and (b) adjusting the pH of obtained mixture to a value of 10.3 using a pH adjusting agent.
