PURPOSE: An in-plane type liquid crystal display device and a manufacturing method of a color filter substrate for the same are provided to reduce a manufacturing process of a color filter substrate. CONSTITUTION: A first red color filter pattern(123a), a first green color filter pattern, and a first blue color filter pattern are formed on a second substrate. A color bar(200) is formed in a white sub pixel. An overcoat layer(125) includes the first red color filter pattern, the first green color filter pattern, and the first blue color filter pattern. The overcoat layer is formed on the second substrate. A liquid crystal layer is filled between the first substrate and the second substrate. |
