PURPOSE: An ingot grower is provided to prevent victims to be generated due to exhausted steam vapor by including a safety cover along a portion in which a dome chamber is combined with a main chamber. CONSTITUTION: A main chamber(110) comprises a crucible(111) in inside. A dome chamber(130) covers the upper side of the main chamber. A pull chamber(140) is included on the top of the dome chamber. An elevating mean(160) transfers the dome chamber and the pull chamber to upward and downward. A first connector(170) is fixed to the dome chamber. A projected first pin is formed on the first connector. A second connector(180) is fixed to the pull chamber. A projected second pin is formed on the second connector. A first link and a second ling are fixed to the elevating mean.
