An adapter for printing a passbook and a passbook printing system using the same are provided to choose, edit and print characters that a client wants, by storing character image information in an information recording medium connected to a personal computer all the time. An adapter(1) for printing a passbook(P) is composed of a recessed part(11) to which the passbook is fitted, and a projection unit(12) formed on at least one section to restrict the passbook settled in the recessed part from coming off. The recessed part corresponds to the exterior shape of the passbook and has a notch unit(13) formed at a portion of the exterior shape. The recessed part has the color with light reflectivity different from that of a part except the recessed part. |
