NANOWIRE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME BY USING LOW TEMPERATURE POLYOL PROCESS

PURPOSE: A nano-wire by using low temperature polyol and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily remove additives from metal nano-wire without separate centrifuge by adding a material which can converts an insoluble material into a soluble material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a nano-wire by using low temperature polyol comprises the following steps: a first step of adding metal compound and catalyst to a reducing solvent in order to form metal nano-wire(ST20,30); and a second step of refining the metal nano-wire(ST60). In the second step, refining materials are added into the reducing solvent. The refining material can convert the catalyst and insoluble materials which are manufactured by the catalyst into soluble materials. The refining material includes one or more of material which is selected from KCN, NaCN, HNO3, and NH4OH.
