PURPOSE: A prefabricated PDF composite water tank capable of easily manufacturing at a factory is provided to firmly fix a partition support member to a bottom unit panel by surrounding the edge of the partition support member and the bottom unit using a channel frame. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated PDF composite water tank(100) comprises the following: a waterproof sheet lining the concrete foundation of the water tank after sealing four edges and the upper side with a hollow panel; a bottom unit(120) form mounting plural bottom unit panels on the concrete foundation for closely attaching flanges with four sides curved to the lower direction; a partition support member(130) fixed among the bottom unit panels for partitioning the bottom unit, and mounted on the concrete foundation for supporting a partition pole(170); a channel frame(140) surrounding the edge of the partition support member and the bottom unit, closely attached to flanges of the bottom unit panels; corner poles(150) vertically installed on each edge of the channel frame; and intermediate poles(160) vertically installed among the corner poles. |
