Liquid cosmetic composition (A) comprises: at least one water; at least one alkylcellulose in which alkyl residue comprises 1-6C, preferably 1-3C, preferably ethylcellulose; at least one hydrocarbonated non volatile primary oil such as 10-26C alcohol, preferably branched monoalcohol, monoester, diester, triester, optionally hydroxylated, 2-8C mono or polycarboxylic acid, and 2-8C alcohol, optionally hydroxylated, and 2-8C polyol ester and one or more 2-8C carboxylic acid; and at least one silicone compound (B1) comprising polysiloxane (IIa) or at least one siloxane unit (IIb). Liquid cosmetic composition (A) comprises: at least one water; at least one alkylcellulose in which alkyl residue comprises 1-6C, preferably 1-3C, preferably ethylcellulose; at least one primary non volatile hydrocarbonated oil such as 10-26C alcohol, preferably branched monoalcohol, monoester, diester, triester, optionally hydroxylated, 2-8C mono or polycarboxylic acid, and 2-8C alcohol, optionally hydroxylated, and 2-8C polyol ester and one or more 2-8C carboxylic acid; and at least one silicone compound (B1) comprising polysiloxane of formula (Q1-Si(R)(R)-O-[Si(R)(Q2)-O-] m-[Si(R)(R)-O-] n-Si(R)(R)-Q3) (IIa) or at least one siloxane unit of formula (-(Q4-[Si(R)(R)-O-] n-) c-) (IIb), where the number average molecular weight of the functionalized polysiloxane (IIa) or (IIb) is 500-100000.
