SEAL ASSEMBLY AND AEROGENERATOR WITH THE SAME

PURPOSE: A sealing assembly and a wind power generator having the same are provided to maintain high sealing performance only with simple maintenance so that additional costs for replacing a sealing member is not incurred. CONSTITUTION: A sealing assembly(100) comprises a sealing member(10), a power transmission member(20), a retainer(30), and a clamping bolt(40). Concave grooves are formed in the outer surface of the sealing member, and a lip seal is formed on the inner surface of the sealing member. The power transmission member is fitted into the concave grooves. The retainer contacts with the power transmission member and comprises a first lid part(31), and a second lid part(32). The clamping bolt is connected to the first and second lid parts in order to close a gap between the first lid part and the second lid part.
