PURPOSE: A detachable knob device for a cooking container is provided to grip a container regardless of the thickness by pulling a clamp member with an operating lever and a wire. CONSTITUTION: A detachable knob device for a cooking container comprises an operating lever(40), a fixing member(50), a driving gear(70), an upper body(10), a clamp member(30), a drum(90), a wire(100), and a lower body(20). A bent part(31) is formed in one side of the clamp member and a through-hole part(32) is formed in the middle. The other side of the clamp member is supported by a spring(80). The drum is installed in the middle of a shaft member. One end of the wire is fixed in the front of the clamp member and the other end thereof is wound on the drum. The lower body is coupled to the upper body by a screw(110) in a state where the lower part of the shaft member is installed. |
