METHOD AND APPARATUS OF SELECTING COOPERATION TERMINAL BASED ON MOBILITY OF TERMINALS

PURPOSE: A cooperation terminal selection method and apparatus thereof are provided to measure link states of a cooperation terminal by broadcasting RTS(Ready To Send) message and by establishing a timer based on channel values. CONSTITUTION: A reception unit(810) receives help messages from a cooperation request terminal. The help message includes identification information of the cooperation request terminal, target RSS(Received Signal Strength), and a pilot signals. A timer establishment unit(820) establishes a timer based on the RSS of a target terminal, RSS change rates of the target terminal, and the target RSS. A transmission unit(830) transmits an RTS message when the timer is completed. A control unit(840) receives a CTS(Clear To Send) message from the cooperation request terminal.
