The platform has a main deck (1) and a set of vertical axis wind turbines (2). A set of blades of the wind turbines is covered during unproductive part of rotation of the blades. A set of elements of front row rotates in opposite directions, where wind turbines in one row turn in opposite directions to a set of wind turbines (3) in another row. A set of removable bearings is provided at each end of the wind turbines.
