PURPOSE: A method for obtaining information of idle terminal is provided to store obtained terminal information or notice the terminal information to a specific user when an unregistered home user accesses the cell region of a specific femto base station. CONSTITUTION: CSG(Closed Subscriber Group) access mode information within in a received message is changed into an OSG(Opened Subscriber Group) mode and transmitted(401). A terminal obtains the CSG information and paging group or location area information(402). The terminal compares the CSG information with the gaping group information or the location area information(403). The terminal requests LAU(Location Area Update) or TAU(Tracking Area Update) to the femto base station(404).
