PURPOSE: A device for blood analysis and a method for analyzing blood using the same are provided to be applied to a POCT(point of care testing) diagnosis system and to enable quick and accurately sample analysis . CONSTITUTION: A device for blood analysis comprises a transparent substrate(100), a middle part(200), and a lower substrate(400). The transparent substrate has a discharge hole(110) and is coated with hydrophobic dielectric layer such as taflon. The middle part has an inlet reservoir part(210) and outlet reservoir part(230). An electrode has an electrode(310) for dielectrophoresis and an electrode(320) for electrowetting.
