THERMAL SWITCH USING PHASE CHANGE MATERIAL AND RUBBER MEMBRANE

PURPOSE: A thermal control switch is provided to completely seal liquid by using a rubber thin film and to reduce weigh by simplifying structure. CONSTITUTION: A container forms a phase change material fixing unit. The container forms tightening wing portions(101a-101d) on edge. A rubber thin plate(130) seals phase change material(120). A thermal contact unit(150) moves upward and downward directions according to phase change of the phase change material. Rubber bumper settle grooves in which rubber bumps are inserted at the outer side are formed at the thermal contact unit. A heat radiation plate(180) is combined with the container.
