PURPOSE: A manufacturing process of the curved surface honeycomb panel is provided to have simple process, and to have high productivity since the various types of the curved surface honeycomb panel are simply manufactured. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the curved surface honeycomb panel includes the step of; cutting out a part of the side wall of the core cells of honey-comb member(30); laminating in the order of the outer wall member(21), honey-comb member, and the outer wall member(22) and protection element(70), after spreading the adhesive property on the top of the mold in which the curved surface is formed in the outer wall member(21) and in honeycomb member which partially incises the side wall of the core cells; sealing the outside of the laminated protection element with a vacuum film(80); and forming the curved surface in the honeycomb panel by constituting the vacuum state by ventilating the air sealed in the internal space by the vacuum film. |
