PURPOSE: An automatic hitting practice apparatus is provided to enable a user to hit a golf ball or a baseball in a narrow place. CONSTITUTION: An automatic hitting practice apparatus comprises a main body, a compressor(14), a control box(15), a detection sensor(17), a cylinder(10), a ball supply unit(20), and an ascending and descending rod(21). The main body is equipped with a control panel. A compressing unit is installed inside the main body member and provides compressed air. A control unit is electrically connected to the control panel and controls the operation of the compressing unit. A cylinder unit is connected to the compressing unit and is operated by compressed air. An ascending and descending is ascended and descended in order to be exposed outside the main body.
