PURPOSE: A producing method of a composition for a mugwort beverage, and the composition are provided to obtain the clear mugwort beverage using a mugwort beverage base. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a composition for a mugwort beverage comprises the following: collecting fresh mugwort, and drying and age-fermenting; dipping the mugwort in purified water for 12 hours, and heating the mugwort in a heat-radiating device for 48 hours to obtain a mugwort beverage base; and adding 600% of purified water, 0.5-0.7% of glycine, and 0.01-0.02% of stevioside into the mugwort beverage base.
