PURPOSE: An apparatus for joining a partition for a large container is provided to maintain a strong junction of the partition with the inside junction of container by welding the front of joining portion and partition surface in the injection molding process after melting. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises container and partition loading beds(2,6), a container moving trolley(3), lower and upper rails(4,8), a fixing cover(5), and a heater moving trolley(7). The container comprises an opening portion(201) and a rotating plate(202). The container puts into through an opening portion. The rotational plate rotates the loaded container. The container moving trolley is moved in a horizontal direction by the cylinder(S) installed at the one side of the main body(1). The upper rail moves the container moving trolley from the outer container loading unit(1a) of the main body to the inside joining unit(1b) of the main body in a horizontal direction. The fixing cover is ascended and descended with cylinder and presses the container. The partition loading bed is ascended and descended with the cylinder in the welding work portion. The upper rail guides the heater moving trolley from the outside of the main body to the welding work portion of the main body in horizontal direction. |
