CORRELATION REDUCTION METHOD, VOICE SIGNAL CONVERSION DEVICE, AND SOUND REPRODUCTION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure sound quality when generating an output signal based on an input signal.

SOLUTION: A voice signal conversion device 10 comprises: a correlation coefficient approximation part 13b and a correlation coefficient determination part 13c to calculate a correlation coefficient which shows a degree of correlation between channel signals based on voice signals of right and left channel signals; a filtering part 13d to smoothen the calculated correlation coefficients; and a center component subtraction part 13e to extract correlation components contained commonly in the channel signal using the smoothened correlation coefficients. The extracted correlation components are then subtracted from the channel signal.
