<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine exhaust emission control device that is arranged in an exhaust pipe of a diesel engine and excellently maintains engine performance by removing a liquid reducing agent injected from a reducing-agent injection nozzle or deposit on a stirring plate for stirring a precursor of the liquid reducing agent. <P>SOLUTION: When a drive shaft 15a is extended by driving an actuator 15, a stirring plate 13 is turned via a lever 14. When the drive shaft 15a abuts against a stopper 16, it quickly stops. Impact force generated at that time shakes off the deposit on the stirring plate 13 to remove them. When the driving of the actuator 15 is stopped, the drive shaft 15a is pulled back at high speed by a return spring built in the actuator 15. When the drive shaft is returned to the initial position and quickly stops, impact force is again generated and shakes off the deposit on the stirring plate 13 to remove them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
