<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink cartridge capable of changing an ink-housing bag without removing from an inkjet recording apparatus, and inkjet recording apparatus having the ink cartridge. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid container 1 is loaded to a loading part 2 of the image forming apparatus 101 so as to enable to slide. The liquid container 1 is provided with a locking protrusion 9 with which the container is locked to the loading part 2, and an opening 14 for housing a liquid-housing bag 40 loaded with a liquid ejected from a recording head 132.
