<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded article having excellent gas barrier performance and transparency, a process for producing the molded article, a member for an electronic device, which comprises the molded article, and an electronic device involving the member for an electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: The molded article has a layer obtained by injecting ions into a polysilazane-compound-containing layer. The process for producing the molded article, having the polysilazane-compound-containing layer at the surface part thereof, comprises a step of injecting ions into the surface part of the polysilazane-compound-containing layer.
