<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a center console for vehicle, in which position regulation can be easily carried out in the front/back and right/left direction in the attachment of a first console to a second console, and variation in a relative position after the attachment can be suppressed to the minimum. <P>SOLUTION: In the first console (10), when a part of the first console (10) is cut, in a region which is in the vicinity of the end part of the cut part (11), a plurality of rectangular parallelepiped shaped projections (111) are formed to connect the first console (10) to the second console (20). In the second console (20), a plurality of V-shaped ribs (211) are provided in a place which is connected to the first console (10).
