<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly structure which can absorb a dimensional error without a need to change an assembly direction of an outer panel and an inner box in the assembly structure of a console box. <P>SOLUTION: The console box includes: a clip part 20 and a clip insertion part 40 which carry out engaging of outer panels 12, 14 and an inner box 30; a mounting part 32 which has a fitting hole 34 in which a tapping screw 62 is inserted; and an engaging part 22 which has an engaging hole in which the tapping screw 62 is inserted. The mounting part 32 and the engaging part 22 are assembled to the tapping screw 62 through a nut spring.
