<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for suppressing ACACA (acetyl-Coenzyme A carboxylase α) expression, not needing medicine administration or treatment by a doctor. <P>SOLUTION: In this method for suppressing the ACACA expression in a fat tissue, thermal stimulation is imparted to a limited part or the whole body. Fatty acid synthesis in a subcutaneous fat tissue portion of a target is suppressed by imposing a thermal load for 30 minutes or longer such that the skin of an upper part of the subcutaneous fat tissue portion of the target becomes a temperature of 38°C at the lowest, preferably, imposing a thermal load for 30-60 minutes such that the skin of the portion becomes a temperature of 40-43°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
